Saturday, July 28 involves a 5K for runners, with electronic chip timing, and 1-mile Walk, where all ages, abilities and even strollers are welcome.

Both events will begin and end at The Lacey Sports Complex. All participants will receive a commemorative cotton T-shirt.

 

Awards by Age Group

For the 5K, medals will be awarded for the top three male and female finishers
in each age category:

14 & Under • 15 to 18 • 19 to 29 • 30 to 39 • 40 to 49 • 50 - 59 • 60 & Up

Registration for either event is $25 per person.
